The Martial Art of Armed Self-Defense

Become the Weapon.
Master Mind, Body & Gun.

Gun-Jitsu is the martial art of lawful armed self-defense — a holistic discipline blending Samurai precision with Templar conscience. Taught by MAJ (Ret) Will Rodriguez: West Point graduate, combat veteran, 15,000+ hours of instruction, 10,000+ students trained.

“The Gun is a Tool. You Are the Weapon.”
The Four Pillars of Gun-Jitsu

Discipline across four dimensions.

Mind

Cultivate awareness and decision-making rooted in honor. Situational awareness, criminal psychology, stress physiology, and the legal clarity to act correctly under pressure.

Body

Build physical readiness and efficient movement. Draw stroke, retention, one-handed operation, and the kinetic foundation that makes every other skill possible.

Gun

Master the tool as an extension of disciplined will. Defensive handgun essentials, red dot proficiency, advanced dynamic shooting, and the tactical employment of every skill together.

Lifestyle

Embrace concealed carry as a commitment to safeguard loved ones. Home hardening, vehicle defense, daily awareness, and the protector mentality as a way of life — not paranoia.

Before you register.

Do I need any experience or a firearm?

No. These workshops are designed for people of any experience level. No firearm is required, used, or discussed in detail. The focus is on awareness, decision-making, and prevention.

Is this for beginners or advanced students?

Both. The material is grounded in fundamentals that benefit beginners, but the depth and the source material make it valuable for experienced students too.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a notebook if you like to take notes, and an open mind. A digital student packet is provided.

What's the refund policy?

Refund policy details will be confirmed at registration. Please contact (706) 221-0729 with any questions.

Are the workshops suitable for women, families, and seniors?

Yes. The curriculum is intentionally designed for civilians of all backgrounds — including suburban families, women, and older adults. The teaching style is calm and practical.

Is this a law enforcement training?

No. Major (Ret.) Will Rodriguez is a U.S. Army veteran and West Point graduate, not a police officer. He holds civilian instructor certifications including MAG Deadly Force. The methodology overlaps with what professionals study, adapted for everyday civilians.
